These projects span different disciplines, but they share the same goal: reducing friction and making the next step easier to understand.

ABOUT

Different disciplines.
One way of thinking.

My work sits at the intersection of operations, design, technology, and communication.

I began in theatre design, where every idea had to survive budgets, timelines, technical limitations, and collaboration across disciplines. That same mindset now shapes how I approach legal operations, workflow design, automation, branding, and digital experiences.

Whether I’m reorganizing a client process, building an internal tool, or designing a public-facing system, I’m looking for the same things: where people get stuck, what information is missing, and how the structure can do more of the work.

I’m usually brought into situations where the information is dense, the process has grown messy, or the tools no longer match the way people actually work.
01

Operations

Understanding how work moves between people, tools, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Design

02

Turning complicated information into experiences that feel clear, intentional, and usable.

03

Technology

Building practical systems that reduce repetitive work without removing human judgment.

04

Communication

Translating technical, legal, or operational complexity into language people can act on.

The medium changes.
The goal does not: make the next steps clearer.
